Fees and Refunds
All fees are in GBP sterling. We do not offer discounts or partial refunds except in cases of cancelled bookings.
Alcohol and Drugs
Clients appearing excessively intoxicated will not be served. Appointments may be canceled, and a Cancelled fee of £20 may apply.
Hygiene
Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene. If needed, our therapists can assist with shower facilities, fresh towels, and shower gels. Please note that using shower facilities may slightly reduce your appointment time.
Therapist Safety
We expect all clients to treat our therapists with respect and courtesy. The safety and well-being of our therapists are a priority.
Legal Age Requirement
Clients who appear under 18 may be required to provide valid identification before receiving any services.
Appointments and Time
Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. No refunds are offered for late arrivals or missed bookings.
Consultation
Each client will receive a separate consultation prior to any procedure. All necessary forms must be completed to ensure safe and informed service.
